What to do with Microgreens

What are Microgreens?

Microgreens are grown for 7-10 days before harvest. Because they are so young, microgreens have up to 40 times the nutrient density of the fully grown plant. Using microgreens is an easy way to add nutrition to your diet. Sprinkle a few greens on whatever you are eating to add another layer of flavor, and improve the nutritional value of your meal.

They are especially good on salads, sandwiches and wraps, but can be eaten on anything such as meats, fish, eggs, pasta and soup. Easy to grow and so nutritious!
